Introducing Lucy Robinson, our hugely talented senior sales and events planner, whose life is woven with cherished memories and meaningful experiences, beautifully captured in the stories behind these four photographs.

From Lucy’s deep connection to her Lancashire roots to finding solace in the quiet moments of city life, her experiences are a celebration of family, love, and shared adventures. These moments highlight her passion for hospitality, inspired by her parents’ lively gatherings, and the joy of a life built with Max over six wonderful years. From cherished countryside escapes on horseback to the magic of Christmas with her nieces, Lucy’s life is filled with meaningful connections and unforgettable memories. Let’s explore the moments that shape her story.

Home is where the heart is!

I’m originally from Lancashire and I try to visit 3 – 4 times a year, obviously working in events it can be difficult to get home during the summer and around Christmas time, but luckily my Mum, Dad and two brothers still live in the same town, along with my grandparents, aunties, uncles and cousins. My parents were huge entertainers when we were young, always having friends’ round for BBQ’s, dinners and birthday parties, so I imagine this is where I got the love for good hospitality! Visiting home is always a treat, especially when my 2 nieces are involved, they make Christmas super exciting and its so special to see them grow and have new experiences.

Celebrating 6 years

I met Max back in 2018 whilst finishing my final year at UAL, we still don’t exactly know when our anniversary is, but we do know we had the best summer! We have had so many special times together including celebrating our friends and families’ weddings, going on holidays and moving in together, but there have also been not so happy times such as losing grandparents and lockdown. It hasn’t always been plain sailing, but it has been the best six years and I’m very lucky to have him!

Finding peace in the city

I LOVE London, it’s my home and I enjoy living and working here, but sometimes escaping the hustle and bustle is exactly what I need to reset. I love a countryside weekend or just a walk in the park brings me peace and sometimes a bit of clarity.

My love of horses

I’ve been lucky enough to have horses throughout my life, I got my own pony – Candy, when I was 9 or 10, she was perhaps a little on the wild side, but thankfully I only sustained one broken bone and only underwent 2 surgeries, so I would say that’s a success! This beauty in the picture above is Boudica, my mum took us away to the lakes for a heavy horse-riding weekend where we galloped along the beach and rode along the falls. It was such a wonderful experience and I’m so grateful I got to share it with my mum!
